Returns & Exchanges

At Rahua, we want you to be completely satisfied with your rainforest-grown beauty products. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns of unused or gently used items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you. Print the label and securely package your Rahua products in their original containers.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Please ensure the items are packed carefully to prevent damage during transit back to our facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable shipping fees.
